About this Practice

Warrior III — a single-leg balance that demands total-body integration. Builds strength in the standing leg, core, and back while developing the concentration and proprioception that support spinal health.

How to Practise

  1. 1

Begin in Warrior I on the right side.

  2. 2

Shift all weight onto the right leg.

  3. 3

Hinge forward from the hip, lifting the back leg as the torso descends.

  4. 4

Aim for the body in one long horizontal line — head to heel.

  5. 5

Hold 3–5 breaths. Return to Warrior I. Repeat left.
