About this Practice
Warrior III — a single-leg balance that demands total-body integration. Builds strength in the standing leg, core, and back while developing the concentration and proprioception that support spinal health.
How to Practise
- 1
Begin in Warrior I on the right side.
- 2
Shift all weight onto the right leg.
- 3
Hinge forward from the hip, lifting the back leg as the torso descends.
- 4
Aim for the body in one long horizontal line — head to heel.
- 5
Hold 3–5 breaths. Return to Warrior I. Repeat left.
