About this Practice
Warrior II — a powerful standing pose that builds stamina, strength, and concentration. Opens hips and chest while building heat and cultivating mental fortitude.
How to Practise
- 1
Stand with feet wide apart. Turn right foot out 90°, left foot in.

Bend right knee to 90°, knee over ankle.
- 3
Extend arms parallel to floor, palms down.
- 4
Gaze over the right fingertips. Keep torso upright.
- 5
Hold 5–10 breaths. Repeat on the left.
