About this Practice
Shoulderstand — often called the 'Queen of Asanas'. Nourishes the thyroid and parathyroid glands, reverses blood flow, calms the nervous system, and is one of the most powerful postures for whole-body health.
How to Practise

Lie on back. Place folded blankets under shoulders.

Exhale, bend knees and roll hips up. Support back with hands.
- 3
Extend legs upward. Weight on shoulders and upper arms — not neck.

Hold 1–5 minutes.

Come down slowly, rolling spine to the floor.
