About this Practice
Hand clenching and stretching. Exercises all 27 joints of the hand, improving grip strength and dexterity. Highly effective for arthritis management and carpal tunnel prevention.
How to Practise

Extend both arms in front.
- 2
Stretch the fingers wide apart.
- 3
Then clench the fists firmly — feel the tension.
- 4
Alternate stretching open and clenching closed, 15–20 times. Then shake the hands loose.
