About this Practice
Wrist rotation. Lubricates the wrist joint, prevents repetitive strain injuries, and is essential preparation before weight-bearing postures like Downward Dog and Plank.
How to Practise
- 1
Extend both arms at shoulder height.
- 2
Make loose fists.
- 3
Rotate both wrists clockwise 10 times, then anticlockwise 10 times.
- 4
Then rotate in opposite directions simultaneously.
