About this Practice
Voluntary stomach wash — drinking 2–4 glasses of warm saline water and then inducing vomiting to cleanse the stomach and oesophagus. Kunjal Kriya removes accumulated mucus and acid, relieves acidity, and stimulates the digestive fire. Performed under guidance.
Supervised Practice Only
This kriya must only be performed under the direct supervision of a trained and experienced teacher. Contact us to arrange a supervised session before attempting.
How to Practise

Performed on an empty stomach (early morning).

Drink 2–4 glasses of warm saline water rapidly until the stomach feels full.

Lean forward over a toilet.
- 4
Stimulate the back of the throat gently to initiate the gastric reflex.
- 5
All the water is expelled. Rest in Makarasana for 10 minutes afterward.
- 6
Begin learning under the direct supervision of an experienced teacher.
