About this Practice
Elbow bending and straightening. A deceptively simple exercise that promotes full extension and flexion of the elbow, warms the biceps and triceps, and stimulates the lymph nodes of the armpit.
How to Practise
- 1
Extend both arms in front at shoulder height.
- 2
Keeping upper arms still, fold the forearms toward the shoulders.
- 3
Extend again. Move slowly and deliberately.
- 4
Repeat 15–20 times. Then with arms extended sideways.
