About this Practice
Knee bending and straightening. Lubricates the knee joint, strengthens the surrounding musculature, and is the primary exercise for knee health and arthritis management.
How to Practise

Sit with legs extended, hands behind you for support.
- 2
Bend the right knee, bringing the heel toward the sitting bone.
- 3
Extend the leg straight again.
- 4
Repeat 10 times on each leg. Then with both legs together.
