About this Practice
Neck movements — the complete series of cervical spine mobility exercises. Forward-back, side-to-side, and rotational movements. Releases the neck tension that is the primary cause of headaches and shoulder pain.
How to Practise
- 1
Sit with spine erect and shoulders relaxed.
- 2
Slowly drop the chin toward the chest. Raise back to centre.
- 3
Tilt the right ear toward the right shoulder. Return to centre. Repeat left.
- 4
Slowly rotate the neck: chin traces a half-circle toward each shoulder. Do NOT roll the head fully back.
- 5
5 repetitions of each movement.

⚠️ Cautions & Contraindications
Cervical spondylosis or disc issues — reduce range of motion significantly. No full neck rolls.
